Your new bread maker is equipped with many settings to address all of your baking needs. If your bread's crust is too dark or too hard, the cause is due to one of two things:  1) the crust setting was set too dark, or 2) the recipe has a lot of sugar or sweetener in it. Here's what you can do to ensure the bread's crust is cooked to your liking:  1) set the bread maker on a lighter crust setting, and 2) always bake sweet breads on the light setting.

Uneven loafs of bread on every one....tried 4 different types and all were the same......dough is very dense and dry......this one needs to go back to the drawing board......

I bought this on Feb. 29, got the 29 dollar discount, Great deal for a great product. Of course, it's Emeril, it had to be great. So far the ony problem is keeping up with the demand for the bread. could not be more pleased with this product.

although this breadmaker has a fairly large footprint it really makes a gread loaf of bread. It comes with easy to follow instructions and receipes.
