great idea , good price , but you need a patio with some space it gets really hot and its a little heavy in weight

cooking times are dead on from instructions - brining does help greatly with flavor - pork roast/whole turkey mainly - stainless is holding up well - discolered by heat of charcoal at the base/same as motorcycle headers i've seen - use fast light charcoal and everything - planning to buy another as christmas gift

I've had my Bam B-Q since November now and all I can say is BAM!!!! We've used it to fix our Thanksgiving turkey and it fell a part and was sooo juicy! Have also used it to BBQ ribs and chicken and everything always comes out great. My step-dad loves it because he doesn't have to stand guard over the food to make sure it's not burning or drying out. We haven't used our grill since receiving this great product!!
