Shipped perfectly, delicious and beautiful...HSN has to get more in stock please. And David's Cookies, I wish you would try this in sugar free. I highly recommend this and makes a great appearance for special occasions too!

The cake arrived good and frozen packed in dry ice. It had a good flavor but not nearly enough rasins or walnuts in it, the texture was a little dry and was stale on the outer edges, but the iceing was delicious! It was a good size , plenty of servings but for the price and shipping charges it was pretty pricy and was not that fresh.If you love carrot cake and are wealthy then this cake is for you.

This cake is the bomb. My husband and I love it. I like the thick frosting. I keep it in the freezer and slice as needed. It stays moist. The raisins are plump and moist. I am ordering my third one. Thanks HSN for carrying this line. We have only supermarket bakers where I live.

I'm a carrot cake expert and in my opinion this is one of, if not the best carrot cakes I've ever eaten. The frosting is delicious and the cake is very moist. It's the perfect mix of ingredients making it flavorful without being overly sweet. Will always have one of these on hand.
