Well I tried to work with this machine I really tried. When I received the first one everything seemed to be going okay for moment. Little noisy but I can work with that. Then the lights started flashing and steam came from beneath. This happened over and over again. Called Cuisinart they said it was defected to return it. Of course HSN was very nice and sent me a replacement right away. Well I plugged it in and the machine started making a loud noise and water started flowing to the bottom tray the only way to stop it was to unplug it as I had not even hit the power button. Nice looking machine if you want a paper weight. I just returned and am going to try a different brand altogether.

I love mine. The noise doesn't last long, mine works like a dream. It is super easy to use/ clean. Makes a lovely latte and the steamer for milk is a joy to use. I now have steamed milk in the evenings too.
