I have always used a standard type hand mixer..so I was very impressed with the extra power of this one..plus it starts out slowly so ingrediants do not splatter..love it

I will not say I love this mixer. I would love it if it didn't have the digital speeds. I hate to keep pressing the button to raise or lower the speed, and when you turn the mixer off, it returns to zero and you have to start all over again. Pressing a lever for your speed is so much better. On the positive side, it has a nice balance when using it, and it is quiet. It feels very well made and has enough power to do the job. I just hate the digital speed feature.
