Large capacity for all roasting needs. Superior Cuisinart craftsmanship and strength. All metal contruction makes it better for bastes and roasted vegetables, with none of the concerns associated with non-stick pans, such as flaking coatings that may get in your food. Rack is heavy gauge to support heavy meats and birds. A must have for holiday cooking and large family dinners.

We used this pan for Christmas dinner to cook Lasagna. It is a great oversized pan for baking, great quality, and easy clean-up! Great buy and a welcomed addition to any kitchen.
