the pork chops were ok. but i would have liked more and better stuffing. i don't think they were stuffed enough.

The pork chops were large and tender but lacking the stuffing. I have one chop left ,the first two had no visable stuffing but were tasty. The tenderloin I haven't cooked yet but do hope to find more stuffing. The lack of stuffing is the only reason I gave them a four star.

Storage & Preparation


Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Shrimp

  • Thaw.
  • Pan sear tenderloin in a skillet in olive oil or butter.
  • Finish in 375-degree oven until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached (approx. 12-15 minutes).

Pork Chops

  • Thaw.
  • Remove from bag and bake covered in a 350-degree oven for 50-60 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached.
