Cleans up to new. I really think they are more like 4 1/2 stars, not 5 stars for one reason: I think the handles are a little too narrow so if you have larger hands, it may be harder to get a good, stable grip. I do recommend them, however! Very good buy for tri-ply. I have had an A-C Ltd. set and these Bon Appetite's are better imho. I hated the Ltd. exterior - it clouded up and these were $700 pots : . Stay with the all stainless!

Cooking with these makes me feel like a top chef! They are sturdy - and beautiful - love the measuring marks on the inside - and they clean up so easy - as good as my nonstick - and I don't have to worry about using metal tools with them - I think the set could use a larger saucepan - and I will be on the lookout to pick one up next time they are aired. Very happy with the quality.

I had the same issue as another buyer. The inside was discolored after one use. Still great for cooking! I have fried eggs, no sticking.... easy clean up. I would buy more of this set, but, if you are worried about what the inside of the pans look like, you might want to get a different set. I got them for the purpose of cooking, not show pieces...The outside still looks great though!!!

I am very happy with this set. It cooks very well, I love the fact that you get more than one skillet style pan. Clean up has been easy. I would like to see another set done to add on to this one, maybe with a roaster and other speciality pans. I am very glad that I upgraded from my previous set.
