The last time I used a pressure cooker was probably 25-30 years ago. They were ugly, scary and potentially dangerous. Taste results were spectacular, but didn't seem worth the potential risk. So I was excited to purchase this electric model in such a GORGEOUS color. It's BIG and you will need room to store, but it's pretty. 3-4 hours of braising reduced to 30 minutes is fantastic.

I cook in this all the time but after using it only 3 times the letters on the bottons wore off...so you can't read anything...I hate that it happened because I love the machine...

This is my first review ever. I had to write this review because people need to know that this is an awesome product. I work full time and have four kids. Preparing a full course meal was limited to the weekends when I had time. Not anymore! My boys love this cooker. My first meal was a pot roast with vegetables and macaroni and cheese in second one. I bought two so that I could make everything I needed at once. I love my pressure cookers and would recommend to anyone.

Good it works and cooks. Bad well where should I start the plastic ring inside to hold the pressure is breaking already. The paint on the buttons to tell you what the vutton is is no longer their I read this has happen alot. going to call to see what my options are to return talk about bad geez no clue what button is what anymore...

I returned this pressure cooker because there were NO instructions telling me where to put the vapor catcher that came with it. When I called customer service, they told me to ask HSN. HSN told me to call Bon Appetit's customer service. GRR! I purchased Wolfgang Puck's version of this because of the reviews about their customer service. Don't buy Bon Appetit's, buy Wolfgang Puck's!!!
