Why upgrade?
I had this coffee pot and after 10 months the power button broke, so I ordered a new one and when I set it all up, guess what, the power button was already broken. I'm not blaming HSN for Black & Decker faulty products, but still waiting for my FULL REFUND. I pay my bills on time, it's taken over a month to get an email or response about my HSN refund.
Absolutely love my coffee pot, using it daily. The convenience of a single serving is great since I am the only person in my household that drinks coffee.
