July Birthday Show, Today’s Special & More

Hi Girlfriends,

Many thanks for your support of our 15th Anniversary show. Your enthusiasm for our products is especially rewarding to me and I so appreciate all the wonderful things you have to say about Signature Club A.

So many of you have been loyal customers for many years going back to when I had salons in the major department stores. I loved hearing from K.C. and Deanna from Florida, and Arlene from Illinois, who are so pleased they don’t have to drive long distances to get my products and they can now shop at home in the comfort of their living rooms.

I learn a lot about you reading your comments; Valerie, hope you were able to take advantage of the new precious Moroccan Argan Oil collection that includes the new Argan hair products, which is something you said you wanted to see offered. And, I was so pleased to hear from DeDe who said that it was so helpful to her that all of our products are affordable for someone who is living on a fixed income. As I have said before, we continually try to bring you the best quality at the very best value and I can assure you we will continue to do so.

Our July HSN Birthday show is coming up on July 30th and we will be introducing a brand new moisturizer with a sunscreen. I would like to see more body butters. I wish I could get the original vanilla scented one from several years ago. Any chance of it coming back? I have been using another brand since I cannot get yours any longer. I am not a fan of the fruity scents. They are nice, but not for me.

Hi Adrienne, Whatever happend to your Big 7 Wheel Wonder? I miss all the products that were in the compact. It was great to be able to carry eveything that was in there in one compact. It was really great when traveling because I didn't have to take a lot of items with me, I could just take the one compact. Will you ever bring it back? I hope so, as I really do miss it. It helped me with my every day makeup too. Please bring it back. Thanks for all of your other great products.

Hi Adrienne, Are we going to be able to get the over 40 only Imperial C Royal jelly liquid eye & cheek color? Will you bring it back or is there some way we can get it? Also I loved the big wheel camouflauge , will that make a come -back, I felt that was a real value for the money,it gave a person different product's in a big compact..Like watching your shows thanks..

Hi Adrienne, I would like for you to think about bringing back a favorite of mine. It is the Over 40 only Imperial C mandarin orange crystalline honey sugar body scrub. I like this product very much. It's great for softening the skin on my tired feet. I know this product is no longer available but perhaps you could reconfigure this scrub with a different fragrance or in a kit. That would be great! I enjoyed your birthday bash and the HSN birthday presentation. Bought lots of things. Thanks.

Love your products Adrienne!I've settled on the Rapid Transport C & the Retinol Line, but also like the Jet Tech line, especially the powder. Right now I am using the Colloidal Gold Powder which I love as well as the Hyaluronic powder. I alternate the retinol caps w/ the C caps, use the meltdown at night & the C Mouse cleanser in the morn. Then use the Retinol foam (LOVE this) under a thin layer of the sunscreen C daycream w/ retinol make-up. Works great!

Hi,I love your products.I think Sig. A is #1...BUT...want to ask a question about the hylauronic lip plumper I recieved in a kit purchase. The directions said turn bottom of pen (it clicks) to start flow of product and apply thin coat let dry. I did this and it never seems to dry,more like an oil,slight pink tint.I'm thinking ok its more like a gloss...well believeing in YOU I kept using it...NOW I am getting a thick pink almost lipstick out of the pen...I'm thinking the product seperated. Adrienne, when I say that I have tried almost every brand of makeup available...believe it. A few years back I decided to try Signature Club A. I didn't really hold out much hope - but I have to say it is everything you have said it is. I am forever a Signature Club A user....I wouldn't even dream of using anything else. I am a young 65 and I will never give up on looking good. Thank you Adrienne for making it possible. I love your products (and yes - your jewelry too).

Hi Adrienne I just loved your SPF 25 8 Butters Creamery Makeup and concealer in Olive. It was absolutely perfect for me and you haven't made that shade for some time. I tried the medium but it is too white. PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE IT IN SHE OLIVE SHADE...IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT AGAIN !!!! Seriously, it was the best thing I have ever used and if you make that shade again I will buy all of it so I will never run out as long as I live. Please consider.

Hi Adrienne: I am a milk chocolate shade of brown and can't buy most of your kits because you only have medium which is too light for me. Please think of women of color when you design your kits with shades of foundation, blush and eyeshadows to compliment our skin colors. I have been a customer for years buying skin care and want make up too! I loved the chocolate meltdown don't you make it any more? I haven't seen it and hope to be able to get it again? Thank you!

I agree that your mineral bright natural glow powder is superb! It enhances all skin tones. I am using the Golden Patina for the summer, but I want some mineral powder for the winter months. I gave it to my four grown daughters and they all want more. I love all your products. I am 63 and everyone says my skin looks great. I give your products the credit they are due.

Hello miss Adrienne, am 57 years old Puertorican in Phila PA, I've being a customer for more that 15 years.THANK YOU SO MUCH for all those wonderful products,except Am allergic to mascara/eye pencil/liner. Can you make more makeup items for color & latin women? we have problem skin also, but different shades, also, can you make a few skin collections for men?, males in my family use your products, but they do NOT want to spend extra dollars for women items,, thanks again, God bless you.

Adrienne you used to have a product called Anti-aging Body Cream, not the meltdown, but an acutual Body Cream. it was lemon scented, don't know if it was called Lemon or Lemon Custard, something like that...it was absolutly the BEST!! I don't know if you make it anymore, but if you could bring it back, I would be a happy woman, it was wonderful.. I live in Colorado, and your skin gets very dry, and this cream did the trick, Please bring it back!!

Adrienne, been using your products since the first time you appeared on HSN (kaliedescope and the five ingredient cream) & NEVER STOPPED & ONLY use your products.Thanks for products I can rely on & fun tv shows which helped thru some rough times. Love your super specials which come in the mail every few months & never return a thing. Where are the caviar super-hold foundation sticks? Love them and will re-stock if available. I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday!!! I've been a customer of yours ever since you came to HSN 15 years ago. During your very first visit, I purchased the skin care kit with the machine and rose petal cleanser that came in the red bag...Terri Lewis was the show host! Today I ordered the brand new capsules for under eye circles....I'm not exagerating when I say my cirles and bags under my eyes are extremely bad and EMBARRASSING so I PRAY they will help.

I miss the 'Mineral Bright Natural Glow Powder' with seven different color bands and enhanced with Alpine mineral water. Also miss the Kaliediscope and Crystal Facets Brightening Powders. It was so easy to just put on moisturizer and one of these great powders and I was out the door. Please, please bring back. Thanks for listening.

Hi Adrienne, Happy Birthday. I use so many of your products and love them. I scout the internet before your shows are scheduled to air, because I know how fast your products sell out. There is one product I wish you would bring back and that is the No Transfer Lip Color Wand and the Perma Glaze Luminizer and the eyeliner pencil, maybe in a mini kit. Hello Adrienne - I just ordered your new Tears of Beauty cream and was going to order the Anti-Dark Circle & Anti-Wrinkle Capsules for Eyes (Item: 492-489) until I realized that there is a charge for autoship set up AND S/H totalling $14.16 in addition to the $25.50 purchase price - what's up with that? Needless to say I will either be purchasing it as a single item or wait to see if you add it to a kit, although I was VERY excited about trying it. I guess I will have to wait and see!

Adrienne, I had been a user of your make up products for several years. Could you please bring back some of the older products and maybe change your kits to accomodate your long term users. You've made so many changes that you have phased some of us out. Unless the lipsticks stop breaking.....I don't want them. Butters makeup, bronzer, vinoplex or a brightening finishing powder and concealers are great. Everything else is like all the others. Genetics always wins out no matter what.

Hi Adrienne, I'm looking to buy the hyaluronic lip plumping pen. The one that came with the lip kit I bought. I recently purchased what I thought was the same thing but it was one with color. Hi Adrienne, I love your products,5-essential,yellow,mauve,blue concealer,and most of all the Caviar pink creme stuff?? under my make up felt like and looked like silk, I have so many lovely comments about my skin and make up,I am 63 yrs old and no one can believe it. Your grape poly??products were great to the powder with the cluster of grapes on top was my best powder, I have not found any that wonderful.Your shows are GREAT, I have been using your products for 8 years. Adrienne, I absolutely love your rapid transport. I no longer use foundation but use the skin care products. I also am wild about the orchid vanilla body spray and body butter. Please keep it coming. Adrienne, at 13 I bought your book How to Look Ten Years Younger. No, I didn't need it then but it taught me how to care for my skin. I was sad when I could no longer find you in my store. I too would love to buy the Argan Oil Body Lotion as a separate item, or even better yet as a set with an Argan Oil hand cream. I use all of the ARgan Oil products and couldn't be happier. But, my family which all happen to be men, don't need the beauty products, but are always borrowing my body lotion. So, please consider offering the body lotion as a separate item. I would also love to see a hand cream. I love your products and am on several auto-delivery kits. Good luck with your show!

Hi Adrienne, I am holding your Big Camouplage & Makeup Wheel--which is long gone but not forgotten! Half of it was a Powdery Creme Foundation. The other half was divided into two parts: one had a second lighter shade of Powdery Creme Foundation so you could blend the shades for a truly custom makeup. The second part of it was the Industrial Strength Skin Concealer. What a blessing that yellow is for us who have ruddy complexions! Please make a compact again that includes the yellow concealer.

Hi Adrienne, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your over 40 only imperial C freeze-dried royal jelly lightweight silicone wrinkle free make up. I am 57 years old and I love this make up. I've been using your makeup since 1976. My mother introduced me to your makeup by taking me to Lord & Taylor in Manhasset, NY for facials. I fell in love with your make up and have never switched. I purchased the No Transfer Retinol Makeup Stick and Inflatable wrinkle Penetrating Foam Fill Moisturizer that were included in a much larger set. I do enjoy other products in that shipment, expect for the lipstick -- that color was horrible ( i cannot imagine that color on a a blond/brunette or a redhead). I faithfully followed your advice and used your products and as a result have beautiful skin and hair, zero wrinkles, and look 20+ years younger. Hi Adrienne, I have not seen the alpha hydroxy and retinol face wash, toner and shampoo and conditioner. It was really great for younger girls that dont need all the wrinkle treatments but just want clean well cared for skin, I think that alot of your younger customers would be pleased if you brought it back.

I am new to adriene's products and I love them!I like the vitamin c line & the moroccan oil line the best!But, I am so sad to say that I can't seem to find my favorite of all products and think it may have been discontinued. It is the hyularonic 1000 plumping foundation. I use the medium shade and it looked better on me than any other makeup i have ever tried! I'm 46 so I've tried alot! It was flawless. Please tell me what is the deal with this item; is it coming back? Help!!

Adrienne - Hi I am over 60 and unfortunately didn't learn until too late the advantages to skin care treatment early in life. I have deep wrinkles and like Sandra am confused as to what the best products are for me. I have used all of your kits and now the Argan Oil kit! I don't see the longterm results with the HA 1000 that I would have liked! Please let me know what the best routine is for me - I really trust you and know you will lead me in the right direction! Dear Adrienne, Your Argan Oil products have changed my life!!!! Really, they are the best products for skin care around; I have used dead sea products and many, many other big name and $$$ products and they don't come close to your Argan Oil product line. Women!! Hi, I wanted to share something interesting that happened last month. I went to a medical spa and had a facial. I did not tell them, at first, what skin care regiment I used. During my facial, the esthetician advised me that my skin looked great for age 41 and for having a chronic connective tissue condition which can make my skin sensitive. I finally told her that I use SCA Argan oil, 5 Essentials, and One Solution Mush/Truffle products. She was impressed!
