I do love this, though was disappointed when the wrong color showed up at my door. Have grown to like the different color though. It holds lots and I like that it can expand to hold more. I don't like that the front snap pocket does not stay shut when the upper portion of the bag is fully packed. I have used it for a couple of trips so far and am satisfied with it. The wheels move very smoothly.

I ordered this item hoping that what I was seeing was true.It was but not completly.Its a great duffle but that is all.I couldnt fit all the clothes they were showing on tv.Maybe you need to be a size 2 and not an 11.Even with the bag expanded I could not fit more than 4 days in that bag.The leather does not give enough.A reg canvas material would probably be a better choice but would not look as good.Looks i give it 4 stars,as a weekender....2

very heavy when empty... LisaMichigan, MI Rating

Good thing this has wheels, because it's very heavy to lift even when it's empty. I haven't used it yet, so I can't speak to the functionality, but the side flap is wavy and does not lay down nicely. I am easily drawn into Joy's pitch on her own products, but I'm not always as impressed when I actually get the item. The huggable hangers is the only thing that I've actually loved. When will I learn?
