The 3*s are because I had to return the first one I bought. It was defective. The replacement seems to be working so far. Have only used it once. Hopefully it will continue to do so.

This works relly nice but make sure you have the muscle to hold up when water is full. Think I had the shirt too high up...Steam comes out fast and ready to use!

The way Joy described it, I thought this was the answer to my prayers. However, it does do a little work for you but I would never throw my iron away. There is no button to Use when you want steam,,,,,it just slowly comes out on its own and the little tank that holds the water empties quickly. Directions say to hold items tightly while steaming. Hard to hold something pulling it tighter with one hand while steaming with another . Don't throw away your iron!
