I PLUGGED IT IN AND WENT TO ATTEND TO MY NEW BABY, I THOUGHT I HEADRD WATER RUNNING, AND TO MY SUPRISE THE WATER WAS SHOOTING OUT THE THING LIKE IT WAS A WATER FALL...OMG I HAD MY HUSBAND LOOK AT IT THINKING I HAD MAYBE FILLED IT WRONG SO HE TRYED IT AGAIN, WITHIN A FEW MIN HE SEEN THE WATER FALL SO I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND DIDNT WANT A WATER FALL BUT A STEAMER..SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A INTERESTING WATER FEATURE...YOUR IN LUCK!

The second time I tried to use this it started boiling and was spitting boiling water out the holes immediately.. I could have been badly burned if I had not set down by the sink and unplugged it. Half the water boiled away in a few seconds..I am calling the manufacturer after the holiday.. Was hard to use the first time, no way to hold clothes straight without getting fingers steamed. Certainly would not recommend this to anyone.

I love my steamer. It heats quickly and I mastered the steaming technique in just a few minutes. I figured out you have to actually hold it against the garment to steam it. Quick and effective.

No, this steamer does not work like on TV. used it on parts of clothing that are difficult to iron. I have used the iron otherwise. As for the cord, the first thing I did was slowly pull the cord out. I noticed it was bent every which way. I straighted it out and put it back slowly. Now it works perfectly.water spits back, when you refill it. Good for freshing up after you ironed. I used rubber gloves so not to burn my hands. You need to pull the material to get the hard core wrinkles to soften.

Burnt husband 1st day out. Needed to order the bar and clips to effectively use this item. The color and size are great, super portable and easy to use, Just need the accessories and be careful not to burn self.
