Doesn\'t roll well... TFOXREST, VA Rating

This is my first piece of Joy Mangano Clothes it All and I was very disappointed. It does not roll well especially when rolling it down the center aisle of a plane. It wants to flop around. Doesn't seem sturdy enough.

LOVED THIS BAG.... Teddy860, CT Rating

I ordered this bag sometime ago but my first chance to use it was last week. I was shocked at how much I was able to pack in the bag. I was very pleased at how easy it was to pack and unpack and am glad I made this purchase. The HSN info clearly states it's a soft side bag for use as a carry on, and makes no claims as to its durability as a check-in bag when flying. Just by looking at it you can tell it would not hold up to that kind of punishment. But works great for car and carry on purposes.

FIRST TIME ON AIRPLANE DISTROYED... longislandmama, NY Rating

MY HUSBAND AND I GOT THESE FOR XMAS GIFTS AND WE USED THEM THIS MARCH.CHECKED THEM IN AT AIRPORT AND WHEN WE GOT THEM IN FLORIDA AIRPORT THEY BOTH WERE BROKE. THE WHOLE BOTTOM OF THE CASE FRAME WAS BROKEN AND CRACKED, THE HANDLES WOULD NOT PULL UP BECAUSE THEY WERE CRACKED SO WE HAD NO WAY TO WHEEL THEM. THE CASE IS JUST GARBAGE. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK. I AM A FAN OF JOY AND HAVE PURCHASED MANY SETS OF HANGERS AMOUNG MANY OTHER THINGS BUT THIS SUITCASE WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

Not the best... ltdogmama, OR Rating

I was hoping for a hanging garment bag in a travel case. Maybe it's just me, but I can't figure out how to use the garment hanger thing. I gave up and took it out. Any ideas how to make this work? At least it was on sale, so i can just use the bag part. I am disappointed!

I love all of Joy Mangano's products. I bought this suitcase in the rusty orange color, but thought I ordered the red. Either way, I LOVE the color! It suits my needs just fine but like some have said, it doesn't hold as much as she claims. Oh well, I have a huge duffel, this is my weekend/week-long bag! Also it seems to scuff easy but that's a small issue. Mostly love this! :
