our company successful. The IAC benefits plan allows you to choose
the plans and the coverage that are just right for your own
situation.
Full-time regular employees scheduled to work at least 30
hours per week are eligible to participate in health and
insurance benefits. You can also enroll your spouse, same
or opposite sex domestic partner, and dependent children/
domestic partner's dependent children up to age 19 or age
25 if a full-time student. Your local HR representative can
inform you of any waiting periods. All employees are
eligible for the IAC 401(k) on date of hire.

Savings and Retirement
The IAC Retirement Savings Plan – a 401(k) plan – lets you defer
pre-tax as much as 16% of your annual pay. IAC matches the first
6% of your pre-tax contributions at 50 cents on the dollar. You can
also contribute up to 10% of your pay on an after-tax basis. You can
manage your own 401(k) account online and select from a wide
range of investment funds, including IAC common stock. You are
eligible for the IAC 401(k) on your date of hire, and you vest in your
IAC matching funds after two years of employment.
Health Benefits
Medical: IAC offers a choice of medical options to fit every individual need and
situation. We offer five medical plans nationally plus HMOs in select locations.
Dental: We offer a choice of a lower-cost Dental HMO plan with in-network
benefits, or a Dental PPO plan which offers more choice at a higher price.
Both plans cover preventive care as well as orthodontics.
Vision: IAC’s vision care plan covers an annual eye exam, lenses, frames and
contact lenses every 12 months, plus discounts on a range of additional
services including laser vision correction.
Risk Protection
Life Insurance: IAC provides life insurance equal to 1.5 times your annual
salary, up to $500,000, at no cost to you. Additional coverage is available
from one to seven times your annual salary up to $1.5 million at attractive
group rates. Coverage is also available for spouse, domestic partner, and/or
eligible children.
Disability: After one week’s absence, short-term disability covers you for lost
income for up to 26 weeks of illness. If you are unable to work after 26
weeks, long-term disability coverage becomes payable. Coverage can equal
as much as 60% of your annual pre-disability salary and is provided at no
cost to you.
MORE Benefits
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): These accounts allow you to set aside
up to $5,000 annually in pre-tax contributions. The Health Care FSA covers
medical expenses not covered by your regular medical plan (copayments,
deductibles, etc.) as well as selected over-the-counter preparations. The
Dependent Care FSA covers qualified child and elder care expenses.
Employee Assistance Program: The EAP offers confidential counseling to
eligible employees and their dependents plus a dependent care referral service.
Group Legal: The Group Legal Plan provides coverage for important legal
expenses such as adoption, divorce, wills and bankruptcy.
Pet Insurance: Now you can cover all the members of your household. For
a low monthly fee, PetAssure provides significant discounts on pet care
services as well as access to a pet locator service.
Group Auto and Property Insurance: IAC has arranged to offer discounted
group rates on homeowner’s, renter’s, auto and property insurance. Coverage
may be written in all 50 states and premiums are paid through convenient
payroll deductions.
Matching Gifts Program: IAC will match your charitable contributions to
qualifying organizations dollar for dollar up to certain annual limits.
IAC Treats: IAC offers employees significant discounts on products and services
offered by IAC businesses and other well-known online retailers.
