I previously purchased a prong-set eternity band and one of the prongs came loose and I lost one stone. I bought this ring with the semi-bezel setting because there are no prongs to snag on clothes or come loose. It looks beautiful and is holding up great! I would highly recommend this style of setting. I wear it on my pinky finger and get compliments all the time.

Very pretty, but it is fat on your fingers. I realize a nice size stone is going all the way around your finger, but I just didn't like the feel of such a big band.
