| | | CLASSIC CHEESE FONDUE Simple to prepare, a definite crowd pleaser and kids will love it. Absolutely wonderful! Ingredients ½ pound Emmentaler cheese ½ pound Gruyere cheese 3 tablespoons flour 1 garlic clove 2 cups dry white wine 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons Kirsch nutmeg and paprika, to taste 1 loaf French bread, cubed Directions - Dice the cheeses and toss them with the flour.
- Rub the Command Performance Gold pot with the garlic clove, then discard it.
- Pour the wine into the pot. Heat until warm.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the lemon juice, Kirsch and seasoning and stir to combine. Keep the heat low, once the fondue is combined.
