Works great. Was wary after seeing negative reviews... make sure metal safety latch is pulled all the way to the top of machine into the end of the grooves. I didn't pull the safety latch all the way into end of grooves the first time and it did not work, after I figured this out it worked perfectly. Very quiet, cleanup is okay I put a plastic bag in the pulp collector and rinse tht rest.

waste Of $$$... Anonymous , CA Rating

I bought two of these juicers. One for me and one for my friend. She used mine twice. Next day it was dead. I borrowed her's which was still in the box. Worked once and then died too. Now my outlet in my Kitchen does not work anymore.Called and told HSN about it and was told I have to wait two weeks for UPS to pick them up at my house.You are better off buying the cheaper version of this product at walmart or costo. At least you won't have to wait forever to get a refund if it breaks.

I purchased this item a couple of months ago and I am impressed with its power, but like others I have often had difficulty getting it to turn on. The cleanup is really tedious because there are so many parts to clean and it must be done immediately to prevent staining. The part that holds the blade and filter basket almost immediately began losing the gray color in the front and the silver color on its back rim that juts over the bin in the back. It looks more used than it is.

Although I read the reviews I still ordered this juicer, because just like the negatives..there was also alog of positive feedback. I ordered my juicer on earlier this month and received it a week ago..used it once..and was very pleased with the outcome..however after that one time..it no longer comes on. Not sure what the problem with this juicer is. We even tried using different outlets, etc..but nothing. So packing it up and returning it. Very dissappointing.

I have to say I was reluctent get this after reading the review's."However" it runs seamless. I have blasted it with huge carrots beets and anything else I can stuff in it . No problems at all. For a home juicer this is perfect. QUIET! Oh yes you have to clean it , remove the pulp , but guess what , its doing its job.I am very pleased with this product and think every household that does not want a 1000.00 juice machine , for home use this does the trick. A++++++++++++++++++ Thanks Jack!
