Why upgrade?
It is very easy to follow. I just don't think I can get enough to a good workout. My opinion is that is good as long as you do something else specially cardio. By itself I will no see results.
Although this item is for the lower body only it is excellent and easy to use. However if you haven't exercised in a while the video is too long for a beginner. I use it on my own without the DVD and it is a great piece of equipment. It was very easy to assemble and I put it together in no time. The one thing is the pedometer. I had to request one as it was not in my carton and the one I did receive was broken. Other than that it is excellent.
