I love this piece of equipment! It folds away for easy storage but is the most comfortable thing you can sit in. I even sit in this chair when I am watching my shows that way I can workout and watch at the same time. You lose count of how many crunches you can do that way... well! Its a good thing the electronic counter is provided, that way before you know it you have done hundreds. AND if you are using it correctly you feel the burn after about 10. I am impressed by how well made this machine is, especially for the price. Easy to assemble. I can really feel the workout. Compliments my treadmill workout. I haven't checkout out the DVD or the arm bands yet, but they can only add to a good deal.

I couldn't believe the power this chair has, it really works and I'm glad that I bought it. The assembly was very easy and I feel it was worth every penny. This product is highly recommended.

I have a son over 300lbs and I bought this for him and it works great. I was very happy when at his size he was able to use it with no problems. My husband has a bad back and no ankle on one leg and it works get for him also. We love it !

I really like the tony little ab lounge, it works, you can feel it working..i like the arm workout equpmnt it came with..reminds me of the ab bench at the gym...putting it together took abt 30min by myself...some confusion while putting together but did not take long to figure out...my sister used it an liked so much she bought one the next day...all in all good ab workout..and comfortable..feels good on the back also..good extension
