This is probably a good product for many, but scent too strong for me.

I love the option of cold or hot gel mask. It is great for my headaches or after a long day at work. I wish I had purchased more than one mask.

I love the fabric and the option for hot or cold and two gel packs so one can be kept in the freezer and one is ready to heat. I actually bought this because I have recently developed "cluster" and "thunderclap" headaches and NO medication provides relief for that 45-60 min time period. I found HEAT applied to the affected side with or without medication is the only thing that helps. I bought this because it is lightweight and I can wear it like a sideways headband

My husband and I are always looking for stress relief for our headaches. This was easy to use and the materials is so soft! I look forward to adding my own lavendar oil to the scent pad.

Only two scent pads and directions don't inform the user as to the shelf life. 800 numbers to call for more, but product should have come with more pads. Pads are small. Gel packs are smaller than on TV. Eye masks should be adjusted or else, bags will be under one's eyes in the morning. The scented pads may be too strong for some eucalyptus and rosemary oil? choices should be included next time. I normally would return but I may find put my fav scents on cotton balls and use them instead.
