I did not see this bag on TV when I ordered it. I viewed and ordered online. I will never do this again. Bag DOES NOT come with straps. The straps are and extra $20 bucks. So the whole "shell" of a bag is over $40. DEFINITELY not worth it. Don't waste your time or money to return. The customer service rep noted there were calls about this problem but that's how the manufacturer ships it out. HSN shoud drop product or drop th price.

Love this Shell!... samplerstitcher, AR Rating 2/20/2010
I ordered this shell with the big bag TS with the cream and brown shells. Burgundy is such a wonderful neutral and this is a great shell - it goes with the black bag and handles perfectly! The 2 smaller front pockets on the shell give a little extra storage on the outside of the bag. This shell just makes an already versatile bag all the better - keep the shells coming, HSN!

Love the versitility of this bag - BUT... JJLSDR, MS Rating 2/12/2010
Since there is no black anywhere on the bag, the black handle looks wierd. Either offer a shoulder strap in a matching color, or at least put some black accents on the bag so that it looks like it goes together.
