I am still trying to get this to work. I tried and tried. When I watched the presentation it looked pretty easy to use but when I received it I tried to do it right out of the box w/o watchng the video but no success, watched the video a couple of times still no success. So I think I'll be sending this back.

Silly, Over-Priced, Cheaply Made... SavvySecrets, TX Rating

You have to be kidding! It's like a Yo-Yo! There's nothing to it and for $25, forget it! I might be willing to give it the benefit of the doubt for $9.99, but not a penny more. I was looking for something I could use at my desk at work, on my lunch hour, but this isn't it. It went back by return mail! Don't waste your money $$$$

I haven't used the item enough yet to see any results, but I feel the muscle soreness the day after I use it. And I feel it everywhere in the upper region, front and back. Therefore, I am certain that if I continue using it I will have beautiful, toned muscles in no time. I did have problems getting started because I didn't read the instruction manual first...I was excited! But it really works if you follow the directions given. Happy with the product.

Thats all i can say is this really gives your arms a real work out that you can feel right away and its not too much at once but you can feel it working so yes it is a keeper ...and its fun

Fabulous \'gateway\' exercise... chloeann, WA Rating

If you have a problem in starting make sure to hold the circles 6" apart when spinning winding it up, as instructed in the CD. This takes about 7 seconds.I know it's fun to start without 'reading' the instructions...I find it also helps to "clap" it closed after the first release. This move is in the CD also. I find the problem if it doesn't work is in spinning it incorrectly. It's natural to hold it at full extension, 20", but this will not hold the twist. Easy, fun,inspirational!!
