I started on lowest setting for about a week and by end of second week I was on setting 5 and that''s when I noticed the difference and felt the skin tighening.

Those of you who are not seeing results... Read the enclosed paperwork, results are temporary, and the models aired on the show use it 2x a day every day for up to 2 years for those results. The unit is made in China and too expensive for the price considering the products included are not high-end products. I would purchase the unit by itself for less than half the price advertised and without the product. Want to look younger looking skin, eat less sugar.

I''ve been using Derma Wand for 1 week and haven''t seen one bit of the results they claim. In fact I think my skin looks a little bit worse than usual. It''s so unfair to mislead people this way. If the product really worked it would work on everybody and not just a chosen few. All I can say is "You fool me once, shame on you." "You fool me twice, shame on me."!!!

I''ve just had this little gem for 4 days and already see and feel a difference in my skin. I don''t expect to look 30 again, I''m 55, but I''m loving the smoother texture lifted eyes and glow I have now. Easy to use. I haven''t noticed any clinging scent or unusual redness. Matter of fact my whole skin tone is much more even. Can''t wait to see what happens after a month.

Where is my refund?

I sent this back immediately after reading the reviews. I buy off the TV then next day read the reviews on line at work (no computer at home.) Is this a scam? I sent back regular mail-did not insure- never had to do so in the past. The address label to return to was different from the normal HSN one. Lost in mail or being ignored?
