This is a great little vacuum. It has great suction, it is light and easy to use. I absolutely loved it until the hose broke. The vacuum is made of low quality materials and so it does not withstand a lot of use. When a part breaks, it is impossible to find replacement parts. It is even difficult to find disposable bag replacements. I was lucky and ordered a bunch when I ordered the vacuum.

We too loved this vacuum for 11 months, then the hose broke and apparently there is NO way to replace parts. No company is mentioned in the manual, HSN will not give any info, and after doing research couldn't come up with a company that will actually let you even BUY a replacement hose. That goes for any other parts too. Great idea but I will certainly be much more cautious buying from HSN again. This should make everyone wary of the quality and lack of information of some of the products sold there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY no matter how convenient or how good it performs initially. Maybe a legitimate company will come out with something similar.

I brought this product for a summer cleaning business. Have to say I loved the suction. Howevewr, I used it for 3 months in the summer and only cleaned on weekends. The hose broke in (2) places. I have it duck taped but the second break is close to the base and hard to duct tape. HSN DID NOT STAND BY THIS PRODUCT!! THey have no info on the manufacture and no idea how to order replacement parts. NOT GOOD! The user manual has 10 pages in english with no INFO on the company, customer service or contact info. So I guess I am stuck with a broken, taped vacuum.

At first I thought this vac was cool;suction was good cord long to get a lot done. After 30 day return policy was up the tools holder snapped off and next the hose breaks. Snaps off in several places. The degree of suction is now no good.I have it duct taped together. HSN would not stand behind the product-they said return time is up-so I am stuck with a $100+ vacuum cleaner that does not work very well and is falling apart quickly. I DO NOT recommend this product.

I was using this daily for my cleaning Business when just this week after 8 months the Hose broke right at the handle. Try finding vendor info well with spare time tonight I have located some info for those of you that think it might help.
