I’m Back and Delighted to Hear from You

Hi Girlfriends,
Every summer I travel abroad to see the new and exciting skin care and cosmetic ingredients and products that are the “buzz” in the international cosmetic world. I meet with the chemists who develop these ingredients and products; try them, touch them, smell them and find out all I can about them so I can bring the best of the new back to my girlfriends at HSN. As you probably know I am passionate about cosmetics so travel to interesting places combined with cosmetic research is a perfect fit for me. The Signature Club A Moroccan Argan Oil products are an innovative line that was developed after my visit to Morocco, where I got to see firsthand the extraordinary benefits of Argan Oil. I will be traveling to France, Spain, Greece and Italy in the coming months so you can expect to see more new and cutting edge products in the Signature Club A line.

Many of you have said that you love my Retinol Capsules. Well coincidentally my chemists and the SCA team have been working on a new Retinol Capsule and it is planned to launch in August. I believe this new formulation “Retinol Wrinkle Penetrating Capsules” with a patented 12 hour micro sponge delivery system will bring amazing beauty benefits to your skin. My chemists and the SCA team have worked incredibly long and hard to create this Retinol capsule that has instant and long term beauty benefits. The “dog days of summer” are here so we all need to take extra special care of our skin . Going from air conditioning, out in the heat, back into air conditioning sure can wreak havoc on your skin. Don’t forget to use your Day Cream and Night Cream religiously and of course use your sunscreen every day. Did you know that you can get sun damage through your car window while you are driving?

It is a joy to have come back from my travels and see all the wonderful things you have written about my Signature Club A line. I am thrilled that you love so many of my products. Your feedback means a lot to me and I will try my best to bring you what you tell me you want and need.

Please, please, please bring back your over 40 facail hair remover and Over 40 face balm. They were the best depilatory products I have ever used and can't find anything to even come close to them. Believe it or not, I still have a small amount of balm left. I have been using it very sparingly for 3 years. Please consider this request.

I was hoping that you may be able to answer this question for me. I love the butters makeup, I use the medium in the fall,winter and spring...but in the summer I tan and the color does not match my skin tone...I purchased an olive color butters last year or the year before and I can not find it. Adrienne, I love your products and appreciate the hard work you do to for women! I'm having difficulty finding a long lasting lipstick I can use: with just one or two applications per day. As a trainer, I talk all day and don't want to worry that the color is gone from my lips. The product I was using, which I found at a drug store, lasts a long time, however, it drys my lips out terribly. What do you have that might work for me, or is this something still being worked on?

Hi Adrienne! I started using your Caviar line about 6-7 years ago and just love it. I see you have the caviar eye cream for day & night in a kit but not the Caviar Morning Pearl cream for all over face use. This was the greatest cream to use everyday! It made my face look younger with a subtle glow from within. Please bring this great day cream back. I am sure there are many other Caviar Morning Pearl Cream lovers out there and it would sell well again. Thanks!

Hi Adrienne: I'm so focused on begging you for lip balm, I forgot to thank you for teaching me how to apply makeup. I was 44 when I found you & HSN- your repetitive teaching & product lines made me give makeup/skin care another try- I'm so glad I did. You're so far ahead of drugstore brands, it's amazing. Hello Adrienne: I just love the Melt Down. I have been using it for a few years now. My favorite is Cucumber. I was wondering if you would be interested in putting the MD in a kit of sample size try me's? Just an ounce or two would be plenty for a few uses. Maybe French Vanilla, Swiss Chocolate, Coconut, Pear and Green Tea flavors in one kit. And Lemon Zest, Mandarin Orange, Cucumber, Shea Butter and Rapid Transport C in another kit. Any combo would be great. This would also make a great gift.

Hi - What a privilege to add a comment!! I just wanted to say that the Eight Butters makeup is wonderful. I use the fair, and I use the concealer as my foundation!! The concealer is not too heavy and it is the perfect shade. I hope you would make this concealer in a foundation only!! I bet others feel the same. Hi Adrienne: Please bring back your facial hair remover for over 50. OMG! It was the best ever. No blisters, no pain, and no smell. Just right down conditioned skin. The Signature Club a skin care products are awesome. I cannot find another brand that works as well for me as this. I have tried others and they dont work. The 5 Essentials and Argan oil products are the best in the world. The Meltdowns are to die for they smell so good. I am 40 years old and all my friends ask me what do I use. I tell them. I have been on the autoship for the Retinol A capsules for quite a while now. When you were on the air with the new Retinol capsules, I called HSN customer service and asked if I needed to go on autoship for the new capsules and would the old ones be discontinued. I was told absolutely not, that if the old capsules were discontinnued I would be getting the new capsules. Well that is not true. I cannot get either the old or new capsules and customer service told me to contact you.

I fell in love with 2 of your discontinued products which were the good-bye crocodile skin softening botonical oil complex salt scrub for hands and feet which work excellent on my feet. Dear Adrienne, My question is I used your A-cream A-defiance vitamin A cream with retinol, and by the time I ran out, I HAVE NEVER BEEN ALBE TO GET IT AGAIN, It worked better than anything I have ever used. It even took the brown spots off my hands when I rubbed them together after putting it on my face, Is there anything else I can use? I tried the morracan argon oil kit and makeup and I used it and it was nice but didn't have and affects on the brown spots, as some of them have come back.

My husband is 48, has worked outdoors all his life and has never took care of his face not even sunscreen and he is hispanic. Hi Adrienne- I have been using your products for the last years and I love them. My family knows there is no channel changing when you are on HSN. My daughter is now loves your products and she 's in her 20s. She loves your Vitamin C products and your vanilla orchid. Keep the great products coming and the great totes too! I used to not be able to wear any type of foundation, it would make my skin feel like it was crawling and I could not get it off fast enough. Not Yours! Thanks!!

I love all of your products but sometimes I have a hard time finding your fine line fillers or your gold face creame. I really use your makeup and body creames everydat so I need to stay in stock so please help me to be able to!!! Like right now I need your face lift and your fine line face filler but can't it gets a little upsetting. Thank goodness for this blog, I've been dying to get something out there to those of Adrienne's customers who have complained about her use of petroleum and mineral oil in some of her products: both petroleum and mineral oil are NATURAL PRODUCTS of the earth, and are THE BEST moisturizers around, bar none. For those of us with extremely dry skin they are the only things that help, especially in the harsh winter months. You can bet Adrienne knows what she's doing!

PLEASE, PLEASE bring back your Vanilla Meringue shampoo, body wash, body cream, etc. Out of all of your shampoos, the Vanilla Meringue is the most moisturizing for my hair. I ordered 2 sets last Fall, thinking I would be able to buy more at Christmas. No such luck, and I'm still waiting. This shampoo (Vanilla Meringue) is better than any other brand, or other SCA shampoos I have tried.

Someone suggested once that you do an all-capsule collection, because if you put the argan oil, high-octane C, and new retinol capsules together like this it would be a sell-out! The fact that you package these ingredients in capsules is wonderful, since it protects the ingredients from degrading, and this means they work. I am so thankful that you brought the eye creme and face creme duo, for Christmas I purchased 2 of them one for me and one for my mom. I had one of your bestselling books as a teen. Your meltdown are the ultimate with no competition. I've got every line but Argan Oil. You were the first. Today I watched a HIGH- END skin care company launch a cream to the world with one percent Argan Oil! One whole percent. This winter, I'm going to indulge in the Argan Oil Kit! Particularly now that I'm in the midwest, vs. Southern California, I've really noticed a need for excellent ingredients.

The other day I opened one of my beauty magazines and they were advertising a battery operated hand held buff/cleansing machine for your face that was almost $200. I laughed. I got one from SCA in a kit with cleansers and I think the kit was no more than $40. I want you to know that in such a competitive field, I find your products to be outstanding. I am 50 and have age spots on my hands that I am very self conscious of. Is it possible for you to bring us a skin lightener?
