Better than Oreck / Jerry, WA11/11/2007 I have had no problems at all with this vacuum. It out performs the Oreck I had. After a shoulder injury vaccuming was down right painful. The self propelled feature is the reason I bought it. I had my doubts if would be as good as an Oreck. I''m happy to say it does a MUCH better job and takes no effort to use. I also have a Hoover carpet cleaner and the Floor Mate. Both of those are outsatnding as well.
Fatal Flaw / Dawn, CA8/12/2007 I had the same problem as the previous writer: The belt continually slips off. After opening the vacuum and replacing the belt, we can use it one or two times, and the belt slips off again! This must be a design flaw. Otherwise, it is a good vacuum. But due to this problem, I would not recommend. Too much trouble.
happy buyer / , UT12/13/2006 I love this vacuum I have had it almost 2 years and never had a problem at all and I have 3 pomerainian doggies and you never see hair stuck to anything at my house ask my neighbors!
would not recommend this vacuum / disappointed, VA11/16/2006 This vacuum has been trouble from day 1. The major problem I have is that the belt continually comes off. I have someone take it apart, put the belt back on and then try to use it only to have the same thing happen again a few minutes into vacuuming. It is impossible to push the vacuum when this happens! I suggest if anyone wants a good vacuum BUY A PHANTOM! Both vacuums have been purchased through HSN. I have never bought anything from HSN that has disappointed me other than this vacuum.
