first of all it took way over a week to get it and when It finally came the top was smashed in and the inside had dents in it it was just cheaply made it should only cost 275 at the most and it was missing parts and i called and they were very nice but they are making me wait 7-25 days for the return label so I have to sit it in the corner in my room looking like cheap plastic i am so upset what a waste of time and space i got rid of my fireplace for this junk

My fireplace is simply gorgeous. I sleep on the couch just so i can admire it. When my item was delivered.... it was missing a few items. However, I just called the manufacturer and they are sending it ASAP. When Im not burning the gel flame, I burn a candle. This item is just to beautiful to describe! It's Chic! and SOOOOOOOO ME!
