This was my first steamer. I wanted to buy on all in one and be done. It works but not like on TV. I still use chemicals and then steam. The cord gets very hot, very fast! The floor attachment is not great but I make it work.

Don't buy. I sent back. Product did not work the way it was shown on TV. Lots of steam comes out, but it is extremely inefficient steam. Didn't clean at all. Floor attachment flooded my kithchen with water. Followed the instructions perfectly and still flooded the kitchen with water. Clunky and hard to use. Don't waste your money or time!

I took this out the box and put it right back in! This did not work for me at all! I tried using it on my tile and on the kitchen floor and it about blew me away, literally. Not only that but the steam wore out after only using it for about 50 seconds. Had to send this back.
