My dog weighs 25# but has a broad chest...So this was a little small for her. Can't get the next size as it will be too bulky and big, so am returning this item. However, I would recommend this item for a smaller chested dog.

The main reason I bought this harness is so that I can seat belt my puppy in to the car seat belt so that she does not run all over the car or jump on anyone in the car. Works PERFECTLY! Thanks. VERY, very, very well made.

I got this for my 65lb pitbull who does not like to be restrained in the car. She tries to sit in my lap while driving. I thought I would have a hard time getting it on her but she associates it with going in the car so she let me put it on her and she seemed pretty comfortable. Easy to assemble and put on the dog. The extra loop is an added benefit for using the seat belt..
