I might have loved this product if I had recieved it. Although I had changed the default address to my own they sent the product to my son. I had sent him a Christmas present from HSN. I called and was told to have my son return it to them. They would take care of the shipping and then resend the item to me. After waiting awhile and not receiving the item I called. They told they received it back from my son and credited my account - minus shipping costs- and the item was no longer available.

Pros and Cons...... Karebair, OH Rating 4/10/2012
I purchased the iRobot to vacuum under my beds, sofa and chairs. I watched as the Rooma missed some passes, yet continually backed up and revacuumed otherwise clean areas. It would also at times fail to pick up debris. Sometimes it would even deposit debris elsewhere after vacuuming it. I checked the debris bin and it was nowhere close to full. So I decided to return it. I may have gotten a less than stellar unit though.

This is my 2nd Roomba. And I love them. This one is so fantastic I have three small long haired dogs, three children, and hard wood floors. I love that I don't have to sweep every single day. I set this to run at 11 when we are all gone and come home to nice floors! I have no more tumbleweed dog puffs blowing over my living room floor or breakfast crumbs under my table! It's so much better than a broom sooooo much better!
