The fan I ordered is nice. The heater is very loud and the lights are not very bright. I ordered one fan online at hsn. The order was duplicated in error and I received two fans I called the cs number to arrange a return. I was informed that because I ordered the fan online at hsn, I would have to pay for the return shipping costs! WOW..what a way to double your sales! Send duplicates and then cost the customer money to return in hopes they won't bother. Very dissappointed.

Love the fan. We ordered a second one a week after . We will probably order more of them, We have 10 fans in the house. Would like to replace them all. Also, ordering 2 of the light/heat ones for 2 baths.

This fan with heater is great! I put it in the living room and really makes the room warmer. The remote control makes it easy to choose the light, fan or heater with fan. It was very easy to install since I already had a ceiling fan and is easy to operate. Glad I bought this unit and I'm sure it will cut down on my heating costs this winter.

Just hit a button on the remote for 3-speed cooling. Too cold? Just aim the remote to reverse the blades and blast the build-in 700-watt heater. The attractive walnut or cherry finish and the gorgeous glass globe fits with the decor in almost any room.
