Awesome suction! The crevice tool is amazing! I cleaned my baseboards in a snap! I almost decided to pay big bucks for the Dyson, but I can't imagine any better performance than this machine. Great Value!

I had such high expectations for this machine, it has lots of power,and the retractable cord is great, the hose length is great too, but the on/off button stopped working once I turned it on for the first time after receiving it today, and it would not shut off! Customer service it excellent with HSN and I am sadly going to have to return this, decided at the last minute not to exchange it for another.

I GAVE THAT ONE TO MY KID! THIS IS 10X MORE POWERFUL, LONGER CORD, LONGER & BETTER HOSE & THE POWER OF USING THE ATTACHMENT IS INCREDIBLE. also THE SMALL PET HAIR ATTACHMENT ACTUALLY SPINS, UNLIKE MY OTHER ONEITEM 950-517. IF ANYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS VAC, NOTHING WILL MAKE THEM HAPPY! WORTH EVERY PENNY

Well, my husband had to put it together,that is a minus. It is nowhere close to being as good as my old hoover that died and repairman said it wasn't worth fixing,now a matter of opinion, doesn't have dirt clean indicator light, old one did. Old one was model U8188-900. bought it from HSN also, new one is not as user friendly..I kept boxes if necessary to send back, at this point I will keep it. Just not as happy. HSN is GREAT! Hoover,mmm, not so good.

I normally read reviews rated from low to high before purchasing anything. This item only had 1 review and it wasn't a very accurate one either. So I took the chance and ordered this vacuum based on the tv presentation - which I watched online about 5 times before ordering. I just dont know where to begin. This vacuum is FABULOUS! I spent over $500 on a Dyson, and this Hoover's suction is 3-times more powerful! My carpet looks BRAND NEW. Thank you so much Hoover! I highly recommend this to ALL!
