i used it ! time surge button got jammed and it shot all the water straight onto the floor. it also is not the hard floor and carpet cleaning model. will be sending back.

Does the job, cleans very well and very powerful. Only con is I have to re-fill the water tank often, water doesn't stay as hot and also very, very heavy.... but non the less with a 4 year old and a dog, Mrs.Pedrayes could not be happier. Thanks HSN !!!!!!

when it got here i put it together and used it. I dont know why people said it made there floors so wet. if you use the top botton it will dispense but picks right up. my carpets and stairs look brand new.love it.

i found the steamer easy to assemble and very effective i'm glad i bought it the size is great for me not one of those heavy back breakers thanks

I purchased this product about four months ago and have only used it about five times. The motor has now blown. I am so disappointed!
