I purchased this Steam Vac to replace my 12 year old Hoover Steam Cleaner. As great as my old one was, it doesn't compare to how great this one cleans. Very easy to use and the clean-up is just as easy. Would highly recommend.

I love the way this cleaner cleaned .The Hoover Steam Vac cleaner with the spin brushes works wonders on traffic areas that tend to mat down. After cleaning with the spinbrushes there was no noticable track from where you walk. That is incredible. The carpet was dry in about 3 to 4 hours and my carpet is like new and fluffy. I am really impressed Works GREAT. Easy assembly and strong construction. also the Road Rat Vacuum Combo is great to have. THANK YOU HSN and HOOVER

This is a MUST to own if you have carpeting in your home. I was totally shocked by what this machine sucked up. Glad to know that the nasty dirt is out. It didn't take very long for the carpet to dry either. I highly recommend it!

Works well, left carpet damp and it was dry in 3 hours. Not so crazy about the attachments. Steamer is heavy and if you have a long flight of steps you would have to carry upstairs. The downside, the soap dispenser leaked into the clean water tank. Apparently a hairline crack not visible. Hoover states to call them first and to be honest their customer service was so bad and he was so rude that I returned to HSN, who by the way were very wonderful.
