This vac isn't any better than a cheap dept. vac. I can't get the pet bruss attachment to work, and it's extemely messy to empty canister, I end up with a huge mess that needs vacuumed after .

The vacuum cleaner is advertised to be versatile and easy to use. The feature of the retractable handle makes the handle flimsy and loose, the feature shown on HSN for picking up cat litter is false, and the easy to empty canister isn't much different from other models, it still throws dust back up at your face and forces you to stick your hand UP into the canister to get hair or other trapped items. I am extremely disappointed.

The worst vacuum ever. It died on my after three times use. I am so disappointed.I am not even going to rate it as one star. Unfortunately I can not return it because I saved it for Christmas present and the 30 days return policy already passed.

I ordered this vacuum for my daughter and her husband for Christmas this year. When we opened it about a week later, we found there were no accessories with it other than the pet brush which they have no use for. I called HSN and they said I could return it or call the Hoover Warehouse and try and get the parts. I called Hoover.They were very nice and sent me the wrong parts. I called HSN back and they said if I didn't return it before the 31st of Jan. Then they couldn't take it back. Now, I'm stuck with a vacuum with no accessories. If anyone out there bought this item and received 2 packs of access. please send one my way. Thanks.
