I Have Not Read The Reviews On This BUT I Have This And I Think It Works Great.Would Recommend To All Of My Friends & Family.

It did not clean my carpet to my satisfaction.

I received this item, and was looking forward to using it. It came with no directions, after searching the cleaner for the directions, I found that the container had water in it. I was really surprised. As I began to look at the item more closely, I found the bristles were distorted, pointing to the fact that it HSN sent me a used item, but didn't identify it as used. Shame on HSN for trying to defraud me. It went back before I even tried it.

Found this rug cleaner to be very akward and really heavy.was just so hard to move around that i sent it back.The water tank was hard to hold onto to fill,and the dirty water tank wasn't easy to rince. So im back to useing my old hoover spin scrub model

I was hesitant to order this product, but since I could return it I went for it! I have used the carpet cleaner twice and I am happy with it! I had an old one another mfg. and I was disappointed in it. So far---so good!
