We purchased this one for a gift after buying ours about 2 years ago from HSN and loving it well,as much as you can love a vacuum!. Repeat purchase says it all!

Carpets aren't clean unless you have a dyson. This is a wonderful, powerful vacuum cleaner. When I first used it, I was disgusted with the amount of dirt it picked up. I never realized how dirty my carpets were. My carpets now look great. My sister n law keeps borrowing my vacuum and she is now addicted. If you truly want clean carpets, I recommend the dyson.

How did I live without this vacuum?! It's easy on my wrists as well as my back. The canister is easy to empty and replace too! Trouble with the assembly...call Dyson's customer service and they'll walk you right through it!

This was the best purchase I have ever made, quite expensive but more reasonable than the store and worth every penny. When I did not receive the instruction booklet with the product, I called they informed me what to do and I received it whithin 10 days. The service is great with HSN
