I was so excited to receive the item. It is easy to assemble, lightweight yet powerful.. It could have been a 5star but just gave it 4 because it needs to be charge often. battery only last for few minutes if you use max mode

Love this Dyson Stick Vac...I can use it anywhere in the house or car. I have some arthritis and it makes it so easy for me to use. Thanks Dyson and HSN

I need an on/off switch that stays on. I have arthritis and it hurts to have to hold the switch on to run the machine. Wish the battery lasted longer. Can only vacuum 2 room floors and one item of furniture on a charge. Instructions were extremely difficult to figure out--complicated pictures instead of simple words. I like attachments and light weight of machine. Overpriced a bit since it could be bought for about $36.00 less at Dyson website.

I really liked this item but after one use the canister cracked! All Dyson's for the month of May are 20% off, but it's not offered on HSN for the promotional price, just their "Event" price. If you like easy pay then I guess it's a decent value. Still kind of high for a stick-Vac, suction is very good and charges nicely. May mine cracked during shipping. This is great as it's light weight and turns like the Dyson Animal. Great to pick up smaller jobs, clean out your car etc... Give it a try!

I use this machine so frequently just because of ease of use, but it does a great job as well. I catch myself grabbing it to use throughout the day doing upkeep cleaning. The attachments are so easy to switch, and the built in storage for them is convenient. Absolutely love it!
