I love this vacuum! My house looks way cleaner than ever.I hate tbe price though,the only reason I gave it four stars, but hey if HSN keeps up with the flex payments, it will always be a customer's pick!

Dyson ... lovemy05gt, GA Rating

This vacuum is a-maz-ing.I have two 100 lb yellow labs. They shed enough in 1 day to make a small dog and this vacuum gets it up no problem. Love the attachments. I have major elbow issues and I have NO ISSUES pushing this unit.

I love Dyson product especially their vacuums. The DC28 Animal is the best one I have used so far. Not only does this vacuum get the dirt in the carpet, it sucks up the dirt under the carpet. If you want clean rugs, buy this vacuum.

Best vacuum ever owned!... smtd, FL Rating

I feel bad for the other reviewer because her problem could've been solved if she spoke with a rep at Dyson that knew what to do.You have to unscrew plate on bottom and remove the piece of rubber that forms a seal.Mine wasn't rubber but a foam band. Once I took that off and replaced the plate it worked like a dream.I had same problem as other person & literally was sweating by trying to vacuum but once Dyson talked me thru what to do, it was perfect! It's a keeper for me!

Don not buy this vacuum if you are planning on vacuuming anything but a very flat surface. It simply cannot be pushed on anything with a nap even a short shag carpet can not be vacuumed
