I have COPD and my heavy Vacumn Cleaner is very cumbersome and physically challenging to use. This little Dyson is easier to use, the ball affords easier cleaning without having to move furniture, etc., Cuts Vacumn cleaning time in half and with much better results. Only wish the cord were a little longer. Excellent product at an affordable price.

I was really looking forward to getting this vacuum. I just moved in to a small home with hardwood and tile floors. I thought this would be a perfect fit for me. I was very excited when it arrived. I assembled it and started to use it right away. Unfortunately, the vacuum was a huge disappointment. The brush head kept turning off with the littlest movement. It is very hard to maneuver as it keeps tipping over. I am sending this back tomorrow.

Ahhhh, I LOVE THIS! Yes, it's a tiny little thing but that's what is so wonderful about it! I vacuumed my home without having to empty once and it's sooo light and easy to use! Doing the stairs was a breeze! I was hesitant to spend this much on a vacuum but I figured if I added up the countless $ I've spent on the big, bulky, junky ones from local department stores - I've probably spent WAY more on those only to have them break within a few months. I own 2 dogs and a cat, this is a lifesaver!

When I opened it, it looked like a toy vacuum and performed like one too. I was just disappointed that I paid $400.00 for such a little vacuum. Sure it's easy to drag around but it also falls over because there is no weight to the thing to keep it up. I'm exchanging it for the bigger one and hoping it will be better.
