I am a very handy woman, but could not install this to my faucet. Disappointed as this is reportedly an excellent product.

I bought this one for my daughter she was always going to the store to buy bottle water. My husband and I have one and it works so good it takes all the smells out of the water.

I was looking forward to retiring my PUR water filters on my kitchen faucet because they are expensive over time and this looked like the perfect solution. Well, I got it and sure enough there must be an issue with the way it was produced or a lot of them the thing did fit my faucet, but would spray water all over the place. Tried everything, plumbers tape, tightening, washer... etc.. nope, still sprayed water all over me and the kitchen.. I had to return it. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Adapt to better water... mrcabin, MN Rating

I really enjoyed my last Clean & Pure so when it finally was used up, it was just about a no brainer to re-order a new one. The filter does a nice job providing better tasting water. However, I had to make 2 trips to the hardware store before finding an adapter that would work on my faucet. The one provided didn't work for me. I paid $10 extra for the chrome even though I think that it's not a great deal. Especially with the extra $10.00 adapter I had to buy. But it works nicely.

This appears to be a very good purifier. I had a new well dug and the iron in my water was very heavy, I bought this and there isn't even a hint of iron in my drinking water now. It was very easy to hook up and was a good buy!
