I have very hard water and this shower head with filter has turned my water soft. My hair is not dry anymore and my skin is much softer. This product has been a life saver for me. I will not go back to hard water w/chlorine ever again!!

AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS I HAD DOUBTS ABOUT ORDERING THIS SHOWERHEAD. I GOT THE LAST ONE AND I AM PLEASED WITH MY ORDER.HEAD JETS GOES FROM VERY STRONG, TO REFRESHING RAIN,IF I LIKE.

This hand held shower is good but the shower spa head is too heavy to stay in the up rigth position .

I purchased the a month ago and the part that holds the body sprayer was to light to keep it from falling down. So they exchanged it and the same thing happenened. This was not thought thru properly at all. The construction is poor. I'm now needing to go to lowes or home depot to buy something to shower with. I'm truly disappointed with HSN for not correcting this and being tough with company to see how this was cheaply built.. Hsn stop selling things to us that are made like this. I'm upset...
