This is my 2nd Bissel steam mop -- wanted one that didn't smear dirt on floor. I wanted this one since it swept while it steamed. It didn't live up to the claim. Positive: it is great having extra pads Negatives: while cleaning, it smears the dirt, the water dispenser leaks after it is off. This can damage laminate. The sweeper doesn't pick everything on floor. I'm keeping due to cost of returning the item.

Pads fall off the Steam Mop. Pads aren't very absorbent. WOULD NOT BUY STEAM&SWEEP MOP OR MOP PADS AGAIN

BISSELL STEAM... CAJUNsilver, LA Rating 12/19/2010
I just recently purchased the above and an extra set of mop pads. First of all, my entire house has been changed over to ceramic tile. Secondly, I LOVE THIS ITEM. The inital reason for getting it was to clean the grout, but wow.....my floors are spotless. I have a dog and several cats that have free range of the house. My floors have never been so clean. Thank you Bissell and thank you HSN for carrying this item.
