This product cuts the cleaning time in half! The pads are easy to use, easy to clean, and because you can use both sides, they cut down on time spent changing them!

I am quite happy with this product. I purchased a hand held steamer from HSN and it was awful. Leaked water all the time, but this item actually cleaned my floors better than I have been able to without it. I have an older linoleum floor and it gets ground in dirt, but as long as I take my time and allow the steam to work, it has done an excellent job getting that out.

I'm returning this product so that should tell you everything you need to know. Having owned other inexpensive steamers like the "Shark", I can tell you that this is barely adequate. There are simply not enough steam vents to trust that steam and not a wet mop is cleaning. Also, there's no device to "refresh" rugs probably because there's not enough steam. Save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere for a steamer, particularly if this is your first steamer.
