I could not get the iron to heat up. I tried everything. Should be able to plug in and iron..this one was defective! Sent back to HSN.

These work great and arrived in perfect shape. I purchased two. They fit the first mop offered a few years ago. The model number on mine is 1867 series. The filters are too expensive on the Bissell website. I have the mop with the shorter cord and smaller mop base, but I still love it and it still works great. The filters last about 2-3 years used every two to three weeks. I use a microfiber mob in between stem mopping.

I received two replacement filters last week and immediately put them back in the mail. One was leaking all over the package and the other just wouldn't work. This is very frustrating. I think the product is old and been in storage which is why the filters are not working properly. Not the quality service I expect and usually receive from HSN.
