What a wonderful cleaner!!!... cruca, CA Rating 4/25/2012
This is my first Bissell. The SPOTbot is very user friendly and very lightweight. I live in an apartment with 2 dogs and this is one of the best cleaners I've ever used. You won't be disappointed.

This machine is 10 x 5 stars. Does everything is says. Best new toy I could have purchase for my new Yorkie. He is 99.9% paper trained but for accidents this is definitely the quicker picker clean upper product. So don't get frustrated with mishaps buy this item. I highly, highly recommend it. Set, press and walk away. Viola, mess perfectly cleaned and smelling great. One of the many best product I've purchased from HSN. Both me and my 8 month 4lb Yorkie, Paeco are very happy customers.
