The Vacumm does not seem to have as much suction as I would have expected. I do enjoy the pull off piece as it's very helpful when vacuuming stairs. I am giving this an everage rating due to lack of suction compared to other vacuums I've owned

The Best Vacuum Cleaner for That Price... seradallav, FL Rating 4/9/2012
I just got the vacuum cleaner described above and I don't have words to describe how well it works, it picks up everything including tiny things that are not visible to the human eye. I am very impressed the way it works. There is only one detail that made me upset, it did not come with the two items described on the addvertisement, but this matter if being fixed by the Customer Accounts Department. Thank you.

I was excited to get my new vacuum and assembly was so easy. I started to use it and it does get warm really fast, then I noticed a smell like burning rubber. I checked the connections and the belt but can't tell where it is coming from. My living room stinks and this is going back. Too much money for having a problem right out of the box. Hate the thought of paying the shipping back for a defective item but better that than having this smell
