My carpet is over 14 years old. I raise and train shihtzu therapy dogs to assist various degrees of disabled people in their everyday living. My berber carpet, as careful as I try to be takes a beating day in and day out. Just yesterday I cleaned my carpet the first time with my new Two in One Bissel carpet cleaner. I am so very pleased with it's performance. It is a wonderful addition to have the small removeable for quick cleanups. A great product!

Fabulous! Tried the portable out on the upholstery of a 10 year old truck dirt removed from the seats was disgusting. Water was black. Glad to know we're not sitting in that anymore! Used the whole unit to clean 12 year old pile carpet. To the person that said the unit has no suction, it has GREAT suction but you have to hold either machine or hose at the correct angle to pull in the water. Just practice. Everything cleaned was nearly dry after water was sucked up and smelled really nice.

I had a Bissell Steam cleaner after 7 years the brushes wouln't spin. With 2 dogs and 3 kid, I clean my carpets at least once a month. I decided to rent a RugDoctor a few times. When I got this new Bissell I couldn't wait to use it. I couldn't believe how well it worked. The amount of dirt that came up out of my carpets was shocking. It looked like they had never been cleaned. I am very impressed with the power of this cleaner. The only negative is it doesn't clean hard floor like my old one.
